Workshop: Basic income and care: a feminist approach.

Basic Income is one of the main topics in the political agenda but little does the general public know about it: its different types, its risks, advantages and challenges. In this practical workshop, we will discuss different possibilities a basic income can suppose to the all the population, but most importantly, to women. The workshop will be highly collaborative as we want to hear your proposals, opinions and ideas on how can we advance on providing a basic income for all. So, no prior knowledge is required. The workshop will be held in English and German and will be interpreted into both languages. We calculate the workshop could work for around 20 people, 25 tops.

Das Grundeinkommen ist ein politisch viel diskutiertes Thema. Die breite Öffentlichkeit weiß nur jedoch nur wenig über die verschiedenen Arten, Risiken, Vorteile und Herausforderungen des Grundeinkommens. In diesem praktischen Workshop werden wir die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten diskutieren, die ein Grundeinkommen für die gesamte Bevölkerung, vor allem aber für Frauen, bieten kann. Der Workshop wird sehr kooperativ sein. Wir möchten eure Vorschläge, Meinungen und Ideen hören. Wie können wir bei der Bereitstellung eines Grundeinkommens für alle vorankommen? Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich.
